NELSON “DEANO” CREASON, JR.
Nelson “Deano” Creason, Jr. 60, Harrisburg, MO passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025, at his home. He was born September 13, 1965, in Columbia, MO, the son of the late Nelson Creason, Sr. and Elizabeth (Boggs) Creason. On April 25, 2003, he was united in marriage to Connie (Atkins) Creason.
In addition to his wife Connie of 22 years, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son Travis Lovins of Oklahoma City, OK; three daughters Megan Lovins and her husband Chad of Centralia, MO, Stephanie Creason of Ashland, MO and Amanda Creason of Fayette, MO; one brother Red Creason and his wife Linda; four sisters Sandra Cox and her partner John, Lynn Furlong, Linda Schomaker and her husband Jerry and Donna Boggs; several grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents, two brothers Norman “Bo” Creason, John Arthur Creason and two sisters Barbara Swift, Joyce Ann Baker preceded him in death.
Deano worked as a truck driver for Central Concrete for many years. He loved spending time with his family, wife Connie, and especially his grandchildren. Deano had a love for racing, and enjoyed spending time at the farm, hunting and fishing.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Harrisburg Christian Church in Harrisburg, MO. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Harrisburg Christian Church in Harrisburg, MO. A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Old Union Cemetery in Columbia, MO.
