MILDRED ELLEN BAUGH

Mildred Ellen Baugh, 91, Columbia, MO passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the Villa at Blue Ridge in Columbia, MO. She was born on December 22, 1934, the daughter of the late Oscar and Susie (Wheeler) Cottrell. On June 30, 1961, she was united in marriage to Billie D. Baugh.

In addition to her husband Billie of 65 years, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three daughters Susan Prewitt and her husband Steve of Centralia, MO, Judy Hamilton and her husband Dan of Centralia, MO and Penny Williams of Columbia, MO; four grandchildren Ellen Bedford, Shelley Robinson, Vanessa Paige and Emilee Williams; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents; her daughter Nancy Woolfolk; her brothers Dalton and Robert Cottrell; her son il law Stephen Williams and one granddaughter Lacey Prewitt preceded her in death.

Mildred first worked at MFA Insurance in Columbia, MO, then she worked as a waitress at Collier’s Junction, later for Charlies Market in Sturgeon, MO and finally as a house cleaner. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Centralia, MO and enjoyed square dancing, camping, crafts, crocheting and cooking.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Centralia City Cemetery in Centralia, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of Christ, c/o Oliver Funeral Home, P.O.
