BOBBY D. BRADLEY

Bobby D. Bradley, 91, Centralia, MO passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. He was born on October 3, 1934, in Clark, MO, the son of the late James Paxton and Ila Mae (Gardner) Bradley. On March 19, 1952, he was united in marriage to Norma (Winn) Bradley.

In addition to his wife Norma of 74 years, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three daughters Wendy Tuggle and her husband Steve of Kansas City, MO, Amy Heller and her husband Dave of St. Louis, MO and Beth Clark and her husband Charles of Centralia, MO; two sons William “Billy” Bradley and his wife Linda of Thompson, MO and Alex Kelly and Mark of Paduca, KY; eleven grandchildren William Bradley, Jr., Candi Bradley, Brandon Heller, Sara Hughes, Katey Kaiser, Chloey Kaiser, Bradley Kaiser, Grant Tuggle, Chad Tuggle, Shaina Galloway and Austin Clark; thirteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents, one son John Jesse Bradley, one brother and two sisters preceded him in death.

Bobby served his country in the United States Navy. He first worked at Wellsville Firebrick Plant, then for Schlinder’s Farm near Sturgeon, MO, later as a mechanic in Columbia, MO for Nicholls Buick and then he operated the Royal Angus Ranch in Sturgeon, MO. He owned and operated his own farm, north of Sturgeon, MO and upon his retirement he drove the school bus for several years. A loyal and dedicated member of Sturgeon Methodist Church, Bobby was active in the men’s group, volunteered at the food bank, and participated in many church activities throughout the year. He was a member of the Little Dixie Fox Hunter’s Association and the Horse and Saddle club. He was a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed playing four-point pitch, tractor pulls and making wooden toys. Bobby and Norma were advocates of the foster care system and were able to open their home to many children over the years. Bobby lived a life of faith and service. We find peace knowing he is now at rest in the presence of the Lord.

Funeral services will be 12:30 pm Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Sturgeon, MO. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to service time on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO Memorial contributions may be made to Heart Of Missouri Casa c/o Oliver Funeral Home, P.O.
