BILLY GEORGE McALLISTER
Billy George McAllister, 88, Hallsville, MO passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center in Columbia, MO. He was born on January 31, 1937, in Centralia, MO, the son of the late Opie and Mary (Leonard) McAllister.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter Karla White and her husband Randy; three grandchildren Cassidy Untiedt and her husband Spencer, Rian White and Riley White and his wife Karrlana; three great grandsons Denim Untiedt, Riland White and Jaden Chirillo; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents, his sister Mary Lee Hinton; two brothers Larry and Charles McAllister and his best friend, Sadie, his dog preceded him in death.
Billy graduated from Mexico High School in Mexico, MO. He joined the United States Air Force after high school where he became an airman and served for 4 years. He was stationed in Homestead, Florida. In his off time in the Air Force, he taught roller skating. He worked as a machinist for most of his life. He retired from Square D when he was 65 years old. He had multiple Harley-Davidson motorcycles over the years and loved going to the rallies with his fellow bikers. He rebuilt several motorcycles and won several trophies at bike and car shows. Billy was an excellent water skier and enjoyed being on the water.
Graveside services will be 3:00 pm Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Mexico, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the Patriot Guard Riders, c/o Oliver Funeral Home, P.O. Box 125, Centralia, MO 65240. Condolences may also be made to the family at www.oliverfuneralhome.net
